Merging Regular + Bold into 1 Glyphs file

There is probably a simple solution to this but I cannot find it. I created 2 separate Glyph files for a regular & bold weight. I want to bring the bold into the regular file so i can interpolate. How to do it? TIA!

  1. open both files
  2. open the Font Info for the file into which you want to merge the other font
  3. go to the Masters tab
  4. click the plus button in the lower left and choose Add Other Font
  5. select the other font and confirm with OK

Got it! The step I was missing was to have both files open while trying to merge.
