I think this has been around for long time, but anyway:
The metric key warning appears even when Glyphs has already tried its best. It’s usually these cases:

When the fractional digit value is 0.5 (as in the picture, n’s LSB is 110 and H’s value should be 126.5. Glyphs updates the value to 127, which I agree, but still gives me warning.)

When the width key and side bearing key contradict. In cases like this, I think width key should take priority and the 1 unit discrepancy in RSB should be tolerated (i.e. not give me warning).
