Metrics in InDesign

Hi,

I realised that I spaced my typeface too loose.
Using Indesign I tracked it to -10, and that looks great.
How can I translate this value (-10) in Glyphs?

Hi Seb,

I think the units are the same in Glyphs. So just use the transformation filter and decrease the left and right side bearings by 5 units.
