"Metrics out of sync" warning although automatically aligned

Hello, I have my superior and inferior figures as automatically aligned components of .dnom. Opening Glyphs today showes me “Metrics out of sync” for all my superior and inferior numbers (not .numr, for some reason). The components are automatically aligned (alignment type 3) in all masters.
