Name table entry custom parameter broken

I set it but it is not applied to the generated font.

I see it has been broken before customParameters: Name Table Entry: 25 does not work - #2 by GeorgSeifert

Only setting ID 25 is not recommendable, because you need to adapt all PS names to it: better use the Variation PostScriptName Prefix property in the General section.
