Instance CP Export DSIG Table doesn’t add a DSIG to the font (OTF, G3240)

DSIG is only needed in TTF fonts. Why do you need it in OTF?

Compatibility reasons, but not that important to me. I just understood that it adds a DSIG no matter what font format.

No. That parameter is only there to disable it.
