Is it possible to have no linear interpolation in glyphs app? I was just reading about multiple masters (http://partners.adobe.com/public/developer/en/font/5091.Design_MM_Fonts.pdf) and thought it was very neat the 6, 12, 18, 72 etc possibility that the interpolation allowed. How could I do that in glyphs app?

Is I understand this, it is not about linearity of the interpolation.
What you need to do is to add one or two masters and then define the instances in the two dimensional space. And yes. this is possible.
How you do it, depends on your design and want you want to achieve.
Non linear interpolation is possible with any interpolation tools. You just have to choose a series of values that fit to a curve rather than a line. See Luc[as] de Groot’s interpolation theory or Stanley Hess book The Modification of Letterforms for more information.
