Odd glyph highlighting

I saved a .glyphs file and quit Glyphs. The next time I launched the application and opened up the saved file, all glyphs now have rectangular overlapping highlights in edit view. Screenshot here: http://jesserewing.com/i/2011/highlighted_glyph.gif

Functionality does not seem to have been affected, but I can’t seem to get rid of the highlights. Any suggestions?

There is something wrong with the alignment zones. Please have a look at the Font Info > Master settings.
The second number in the alignment zone list should not be bigger than 40 units. It shows the size of the zone, not the ending position.
