Offset Curve question

If I apply the offset curve to a line – the inner line doesn’t do what I expect, and the outer line does. The outer line is the same thickness throughout as I would like, but the curve of the inner line follows a different rule.

I assume this is by design, but what can I do to make an outline that is exactly the same distance from the centerline everywhere? Thanks!

That came up a few times. I’ll have a look.

Yes! This has been an issue since Version 3 came out, but wasn’t an issue in Version 2. I can’t use the program because of this.

Any chance this is close to being fixed? I’m starting a font that I hope to use the offset curve filter for to create a mono-line style. If the inside curves could use the same math that Glyphs 2 did, that’d be great.

Thanks!
