Overlapping zones despite different metrics

Hello,

I’m working on a family with different optical sizes. From what I’ve read PostScript zones can’t overlap so I made sure that the metrics are different, but the error is still showing.
Here are the values that the masters have:

How can I correct this issue?

The baseline zone needs to at “0”.

And the problem is in the Master 3. There the Cap Height and Ascender are only 2 units apart an so the zones overlap.
