I would love to be able to set pencil tool’s default thickness from the stroke panel to be able to have a live drawing mode a bit like the paintbrush tool in Illustrator.
At the moment, the stroke panel only appears when a stroke is selected. Maybe it could also appear when the pencil tool is selected, and stroke settings would be applied directly to upcoming drawing? The ability to draw directly with the mask attribute would also be fantastic in certain settings.
This would be super useful for many projects!
