Percent.osf in onum?

I have a font with a percent and percent.osf. Naturally, the onum feature should contain
sub percent by percent.osf;

Shouldn’t this be integrated in the automatic feature generation?

Or, is there a different way I can have this generated automatically? I tried naming it percent.onum but it does not work either.

Works for me in Version 2.3.1 (899):

Doesn’t work for me (also version 899).

Why is that? Maybe because I don’t have a percent.lf or percent.tosf in the font?
