I want to make a separate version of numerals that act like a “petite caps.” Is there a standard naming convention for petite caps and/or what would be the best way to go about this? Thanks.
“pcap” is the feature tag for petite capitals, and you could include specially designed numbers within that.

Note that petite caps feature isn’t supported in most applications today. It may be better to put them in stylistic sets.
