Predefined glyph order doesn't work since update

The predefined glyph order custom parameter doesn’t work anymore. It works when you open older files (≤1114), but you not when adding one in 1115.

I also noticed there is not pop up when selecting “New values”. It let’s you add text, but not in a pop up.

I noticed version 1114 was deleted after the update. And not put/dumped in the trash.
