Hi all,
I’m new to Glyphs and can’t seem to find a way to preview my font fully in the Font Window. I imagine that’s an easy fix (regarding the height of my font…?) but haven’t found a solution yet… I’ve attached screenshots.

This is probably because your Master metrics are not correctly set.
Be sure they are set according to the height of your letters.

Those are overshoots, important for hinting.
These are the sizes of the alignment zones (above baseline: +#, below baseline: -#, no zone: 0). Lean more in the Handbook:
