AFAIK, the printing is handled completely by system calls, and nothing was changed recently. Glyphs sends vectors, the rasterization must be happening at a later stage. Do you have a different print result with 2.4.1?
This did not happen before the update.

Look into the settings of the print dialog. And the way your printer is set up in System Preferences.
