Problem with Hebrew kerning pairs when opening OTF

Hi,
I can’t see Hebrew kerning pairs when opening an OTF file. If the file has Latin kerning pairs as well, they will be imported but the Hebrew ones will be absent.
I am trying to open OTF files that were exported by Glyphs with Hebrew kerning pairs. I have checked the OTFs and they do contain the kerning data (when I use them in InDesign I can see the correct metrics), so is it possible this is an issue with the import process?
