I need help to automate a procedure…

In hundred of Glyphs files, I want to replace only the Caps, with a set of caps which reside in another Glyphs file. So the glyphs copied from the source file will overwrite the same glyphs in lots of target font files.
We talk about hundreds of Glyphs 3 font files.

Once this is done, I want to generate OTF and TTF and web font.
what I had in mind is something like an action we find in Photoshop.
Anyone?

This is best doable with a relatively simple Python script. Are you familiar with the Glyphs scripting API?
