When I edit “narrow” layer , other layers will also be selected.
This has not come up before.And the vector graphics on the "narrow"layer will disappear when I drag the margin box and turned into a red point.

You are working with the Select All Layers tool. This shows the paths for all layers with the eye icon in the Layers palette.
Click and hold the Select tool icon and choose the normal Select tool to just see the paths of the current layer:
