Hey guys,
I have “remove overlap” checked on export
but it’s not removing the overlaps.
I am using these custom parameters to create the bold weights, could that be the problem?
I ran Paths > Other > Convert to Cubic as recommended in another thread, but it didn’t help.

It’s likely due to path directions. Try Paths > Correct Path Direction (Shift-Command-R).

Can you post a screenshot of your outlines. I’m pretty sure Jeff is right.
Do you have upgraded to MacOS Catalina (10.15) and didn’t upgrade to the latest version of Glyphs?
Glyphs 2.6.4 (1274)
OS 10.12.6 and won’t change unless something forces me to

I didn’t see that in your first screenshot. The filters are applied after there remove overlap. So you need to call the remove overlap filter after your filters again.
You could use “PreFilter” (instead of “Filter”) That is applied before the remove overlap. But that gives different problems.
But other than that, you should consider your masters setup that you don’t need those filters.
