Resizing window pushes tabs into toolbar

I mentioned this in a previous thread, but wanted to provided a better screencast of the window resizing glitch.
If you resize the application window from the bottom, the tabs are pushed up into the toolbar area.

The video shows something else. It is a bug that was fixed a few weeks ago.

Yes, the video shows a bug but that one has nothing to to with the tabs, its showing a crash when opening paths. Maybe you uploaded the wrong file?

FWIW the glitch only appears when you resize it from the bottom edge. It does not appear when you resize from a corner.

Correct, only the bottom or top edge of the window. Corners and left/right sides work as expected.
