Hi, I am working on an Arabic design.
The kerning appears in the kerning window but not in the glyphs preview itself; it’s rather confusing. When checking the font on InDesign the Latin kerning is activated but not the Arabic.
Is there something I could do to make the Arabic kerning active?
Thank you!
Make sure that the writing direction is set to RTL when kerning Arabic:

I am getting the same odd absence of value in the glyph preview for both Arabic and Latin.
Do you mean you don’t see the kerning applied in the Edit View when working in Glyphs? Meaning you don’t see the blue and yellow underline as you kern the glyphs? Could you post a screenshot of your Glyphs window and of the Kerning window. (Here as a response publicly or if you want also as a private message to me; click my profile picture.)
And make sure the kerning preview is enabled (but that only affects the preview in Glyphs, not the exported fonts):
I think I am getting a backward compatibility problem as the handling of Arabic kerning was modified in Glyphs 3. I am working with a file with Arabic kerning handled under the Glyphs 2 fashion.
I guess that is why I am confused.
