Do you have set some of those “reduce transparency” settings?
What version of Glyphs and MacOS is this?
macOSc: 26.0 (25A354)
GlyphsApp: 4.2 (4201)
Are you sure it is 26.0? Why?
Could you update? Using a .0 version is not recommended.
