Saving macros somehow

Hello there! I started to write very small scripts in the macro and I know when you reopen Glyphs the code is still there, and to write different little programs, I comment code to ‘save’ previous tasks… what are a good way to store them, as .py? and when I update the code I’ll need to restart Glyphs?

If there is any doc I can read about this work flow, let me know

thanks!

Save the script in a .py file in the Scripts folder. You don’t need to restart Glyphs if you change a script file. Press the option button when the Script menu is open. The last entry will change to ‘Reload Scripts’. Do that if you added a script to make it show up in the menu.
