As mentioned in the title; scaling UPM should change the stroke thickness in my opinion but doesn’t at the moment.

You are right, scaling the UPM should scale strokes as well. I believe this was planned as part of a larger reworking of the internals, but we could probably lift this part and prioritize it for now.
