Scrolling produces these weird jumps, when I run “Zoom to Active Layer”, it also centres off screen.
Which mouse are you using? Any kind of special drivers installed? Wacom?
Or do you have any plugins installed?
It was occurring whether I use mouse or trackpad.
Problem seemed to go away today. Will look for more details if it comes up again.
