I’m trying to make a font with a sans > serif variable axis. I created the serifs with corner components that go from serif…
to flat.
They look great on the serif font, and all the 90° angles in Sans. But on the other angles in Sans (for letters like A K V W X Y), they round off, like this:
I tried the corner alignment buttons, but no luck.
The only solution I could find is to scale the corner components to 0% in Sans.

Any ideas? I will email the file to y’all too.
