Shortcuts add extreme

Hi,
Is there a way to add a keyboard shortcut to “add extremes” ?

I just re - installed Glyphs on a mac under catalinia. and i can’t change that in System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts > Application Shortcuts > Glyphs.app. because theres’s no "application shortcut in System preference.

on my oldest computer the shortcut for adding extreme was “command”+ L but now it’s not available i’dl like to add it again…

I don’t have Catalina, but Apple says you can add a shortcut in System Preferences:

but it’s not working on Glyphs, do you have an idea to make it work ?

You have to type in the name of the menu item exactly as it appears in the menu. Including uppercase and lowercase.
