Show time since last update in Plugin Manager

I think it would be really helpful if the Plugin Manager showed when the last update was (either last github release or last commit). There’s still a bunch of stuff in there that hasn’t been updated or optimized for Glyphs 4 and it’s kind of hard to tell until you install something and then it crashes or just doesn’t work.

Maybe there is even a way for developers to indicate if they’re plugin has been updated and tested in Glyphs 4 and you can show that in the plugin manager. I think it would help a lot.

Preferably, plug-ins should not be listed unless they are supported by the app. For now, we have mostly reused the Glyphs 3 list for Glyphs 4 since many work without modification and we did not have time to test every plug-in and script. As more reports come in, I would lean more towards temporarily hiding unsupported plug-ins until they are updated.
