In Glyphs and Glyphs Mini, the sketches (jpg files) I import some of the time appear to be blank, or when they are able to be imported, once the document is saved, they become blank.
I am running Mac OS 10.13.6 and i have the latest version of both Glyphs and Glyphs Mini.

The sketches are not stored in the glyphs file, but in a subfolder next to it. Did you move the file? You need to move the Images folder with the glyphs file. Or perhaps is there already an object called Images that cannot be overwritten.
I also saw that. Maybe as feature request: on import ask the user if they want to move the image to the working folder?
But just saving the file should not remove it. Are the images on a different Volume?
All of my sketches were from a folder on my desktop. What do you mean by different volume?
Best to keep the sketches in a subfolder next to your .glyphs file.
A different volume is a different drive than the one your .glyphs file is on.
Do you have enabled the iCloud sync for your desktop? This might interfere. I’ll need to check that.
