Smart generate automatically OT Feature [feat. suggestion]

Hi @GeorgSeifert, how complex would be to generate an opentype feature automatically with parameters.

Example: dlig ignore a few X_X glyphs or liga add X_X glyphs.

I know I can do it manually, and isn’t that hard, but it would be something very useful and quicker testing while producing the font if I had this “smart generate ot feature”.

You can add the feature-suffixed to the glyphs to trigger the features.

Where would you put the smart feature directive?

hmmm I didn’t know I could use the suffix to every feature, can I? (just tried the .liga)

There is a list Of supported features in the appendix of the handbook, including the suffixes that trigger them.
