Some glyphs does not appear at Adobe Illustrator Glyphs window

How can I ensure all glyphs and custom glyphs (no unicode) appear at the Glyphs window inside Adobe Illustrator? Is there anything I can do?

There is nothing you can do except making sure that you have no font cache problems.

Have you opened the compiled font file and check to see if the glyphs are indeed in the font? If so, do you have the same problem with Indesign’s glyph palette?

Are you using the Adobe Fonts folder?
