The mekkablue > Spacing > Center Glyphs script works for me in 3.0.4 (3100) beta. I installed a fresh copy via Window > Plugin Manager > Scripts > mekkablue Scripts. If you manually copied the scripts into the Scripts directory, perhaps you’re using an older copy.

Check for any error messages in the Window > Macro Panel (Option-Command-M).
