Some metrics are out of sync

On a few glyphs I’m having on the top right corner, a Blue triangle symbol says: Some metrics are out of sync. What should I do in this case? On the same glyphs I’m also having on the left top order a Red mard says: The layers in this glyphs are not compatible. What does it mean and how can I fix it?

The Metrics warnings tells you that some of you metrics keys are out of sync. You can update them with Glyph menu > Update Metrics.

Do you have multiple masters? Then it might be in another master. If not, can you send me the file?

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I do have a few masters. I had to fix it manually. Thanks a lot for the help.
