I believe this is related to the Fastly issues today.

Error dialog on startup and when opening Plugin Manager

Fastly, one of the internet’s largest content delivery systems, had some issues today affecting a wide variety of websites and services, including GitHub where many Glyphs plugins are hosted. It should work again.
