Style linking: All weights > Bold

Hello,

We are trying to solve the following problem. It is easy to link Regular and Bold styles. But how is it possible to link multiple styles so that no matter whether I use Light, Regular or Medium, when I press cmd+b, I always want to get Bold. I know this is doable because some fonts support it. Is it possible to give me any help with this?

You can (and should) style link regular to bold in the font. What the app does when you press Cmd-B or Cmd-Shift-B is what the respective app coders decided it does, and cannot be influenced from within the font. Different apps behave differently.
