I don’t think that there is a way to identify glyphs with custom glyph info other than checking every glyph in the font. A smart filter for Custom Glyph Info is Yes/No would be a more efficient method.

One query that covers all custom fields should be enough, isn’t it?
I assume so. I can’t imagine having enough custom glyph data to search in more detail.
