"The font contains glyphs with the same name: one"

-Running Glyphs Mini.

  • added all the accent letters by right clicking “Western European” (ie. I need to create a font that is compatible with German and French )
  • when I try and export the font I get the above error.

any suggestions on what this means?

This means that you have two glyphs with the same name. Search for “one” in the font view and remove one of the two glyphs.

Thanks Georg, found the duplicate.
How do you delete the duplicate glyph? delete key does not work, and can’t find anything in the drop down menus.

Cmd-Delete or press the delete button at the bottom.
