There is no more Offset Path filter?

Where is the Offset Path Filter? I am using Glyphs 2.
I need to compensate the loss of stroke thickness with Filter > Offset Path as I read on a Fraction tutorial, but it isn´t there anymore, can I do something else besides heavy manual adjustment?

It’s called Offset Curve now. I use it frequently.
