Check for extremum points and path directions, make die your paths are clean. See the Drawing Good Paths tutorial.

There was a problem autohinting the glyph: alefMadda-ar
Please hint this glyph manually.
Getting this error while exporting, it used to work perfectly before.
MB Pro Max, latest OS, Glyphs 3.3 (3301).
