Trial version ended, purchased license Glyph file "unavailable"

I purchased Glyphs, and I can’t open my license file. Now I can’t work on anything because the trial has ended. I see this when I try to download my license file:

“File Download
Grace Robertson.glyphsMiniLicense (Not Available)”

Also, new users can’t upload images? That’s the whole point I signed up to this forum -_-
