Hey! I’m trying to generate font files that can be embedded in Word on Mac. There are only four styles (RIBI) and the Style Linking is set correctly. I exported the font files as TTF and fsType is set to “Embedding Installable”.
When setting up the Word Doc on Mac, the fonts and style linking works fine (see left side of the screenshot). There are no issues embedding the fonts in Word. But whenever I remove the fonts from my system, clear the font cache, restart my computer and open the Word Document the Styles are not being displayed correctly (see right side of the screenshot).
Italics are skewed and Bold is too light.
The embedding works fine with Word on Windows.
Could this be an issue with the name table that is being exported from Glyphs?
I was able to generate embedable Font Files before, so I’m wondering if it’s an issue with Word itself.
