I would turn off the grid completely or for all points in a specific glyph for a stripes letter
But I don’t know how

Can I ?

You can turn off the grid only for the complete font in File > Font Info > Other Settings, where you would set both grid values to zero, or the just the subdivision to something that makes sense for your design.

The finer grid only exports in CFF fonts, i.e. .otf and PostScript-based WOFFs. When you export TTFs or TT-based WOFFs, the nodes will have to be rounded again.
