Urgent: critical system error

Hello Glyphs Team,

I am a user of Glyphs 3 and require urgent technical support regarding a critical installation failure.

When I click the ‘Install Python Runtime’ button under the Script menu, I receive the error message: failed to get head(unborn)

When attempting to install or update the necessary Python Modules via the Plugin Manager, the process fails immediately and displays the following error message:

failed to get head(unborn)

This error suggests a severe issue with the internal Git environment or system path setup on my end. I have already tried removing and reinstalling the modules several times through the Plugin Manager, as well as performing manual fixes via the Macro Panel, all without success.

Could you please provide a definitive solution for this system-level error..?

Failed to get HEAD (unborn)

I am on 3.2.3 (3260). Glyphs suddenly crashed and upon reopening reported: "The last time Glyphs was started, the following plugins crashed. Remove and reinstall them and make sure all modules are installed and up to date." And it lists all the plugins… I removed and tried to re-install all the modules and only Python and Vanilla can be installed.
