Using Transformations Window Doesn't Update Ruler Metrics

I shifted a glyph horizontally, but the ruler doesn’t update the measurements until I move the glyph inside, like that for every glyph. I believe this problem has been there before.

What do you mean by Ruler metrics? The numbers in the info box or the little number you see when in text mode?

The cmd+opt+ctrl ruler

Also when doing the following, the metrics info box does not update:

Use the transformation window to shift x by an amount.
Undo.
The metrics does not update.
