Vertical Metrics Bug

Hi Team,

I adjusted the vertical metrics in a fledgling typeface and they seemed to go awry and compact together.
I thought an error might have crept into my file, so I opened a new file, copied a couple of glyphs over, and adjusted the metrics only but I still get the same issue (Please see image and file attached).

To clarify, it seems to the the Ascender metric causing the issues.

Why do you set the ascender to 200 when the letters are clearly bigger?

I think because Iā€™m having a brain malfunction. I wanted the ascender to be 200 higher than the cap height and clearly should have added it!
