VF export fails when brace layers include component

Hi,

We have several glyphs with brace layers that contain a component. It used to not be a problem in previous versions, but in the latest one, it fails when exporting VF. Once I decompose the components, it works fine.

Is there any solution for keeping the components there?

I assume you verified that you have the same component in all layers?

What happens if you reduplicate (and re-interpolate) the brace layers in the composites?

What happens if you avoid mixing parts and components? I.e., turn the crossbar into a component (select it and choose Component from Selection from the context menu), and call it strokeshortcomb.h in this case.

  3. The same as if I decompose everything, so it works.
