Weight/Overlapping Issue in Variable format

Hi, why I’m getting this result in my variable font copy?! while is perfect in the Fixed weight one?

What does the glyph look like in Edit view?

Any TT hinting in the font?

Nop, no hinting, the Auto hinting.

Solved after I reset the Grids, and re-snapping the outlines,
the decimal values (0.234) gives this issue.
