Weird bug with the font

I’ve been working on this arabic font project & marrying it to latin “The philosopher” worked on regular weight and everything went fine and when i finished the bold i found out this weird bug
when i test it a letter “و” shows randomly and sometimes it shows with a word and if u type the same word again it will not show the sceenshot can explain

i checked the file on glyphs to make sure the problem isnt on the mem meidi but nothing is wrong there and it shows randomly not with a certain letter!

how can i figure out what’s causing this bug?

How did you test the font? (In which app? And how did you install it?)

font file is .ttf installed through Suitcase Fusion6 and the screenshot was from testing it on adobe illustrator cs6
