Weird interpolation preview problem that may be related by bringing a G2 file

First of all, I’m bringing an old file from G2 to G3 to create a variable font.
The thing is something weird is happening at the preview, but when I export, everything works fine.

the medium weight is a intermediate layer

  • Running on G3 (3182), Ventura, M1

Have you set the font type in Font Info > Other?

Yes, set it to Variable.

I generated a new master and I’m removing the intermediate layers, it’s working.

Set it back the “Default”. The variable setting has a problem with intermediate layers.
